This module is a hands-on project, consisting of four 1-hour training modules and four group sessions that incorporate interactive workshops with our facilitators to guide you through the process of identifying, scoping, developing and testing an innovation project that has key strategic importance to your business.
We will also guide you in engaging the right stakeholders and user groups to ensure your project has the support and user impact necessary to achieve success.
