We wear many hats and as you can imagine our clients are keen to label us and categorise our services.  However like you ...we are hard to categorise and most definately dont serve a traditional role.

innovation training & events executive

Newcastle

£20,000 - £25,000

Full time 6 month contract with a view to permanent.

We have an opportunity for a innovation training and events executive.  To be considered for this role we require some experience in virtual and physical events practice as well as in virtual and physical events and training product design and delivery.

The role is in support of implementing development of integrated online learning and delivery processes, systems and solutions supporting innovation management and skills development.

The opportunity is for full time initially for a 6 month period with a view to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, co-ordinating, developing e-learning products

  • Establishing media and tools for blended and remote course deliver

  • Recruiting and co-ordinating speakers for events and training

  • Organising development of mixed and engaging media - video, animations, gamification

  • Building our growing video library of innovation videobytes

  • Supporting liaison with accreditation bodies

  • Organising virtual and physical innovation events

There will also be opportunities to engage in culture works and topical skills developments including innovation training and development initiatives with our senior associates.

Required skills:

To be suitable for these positions you must have :

- Experienced in delivery of creative training and learning products.

- Relevant specialist knowledge/expertise, for example, learning tools (such as Thinkific), grant funding, learning partnerships,  use of learning tools and platforms in large organisations.

- The individual will be tasked with realising new approaches to learning and converting or in company programmes into online courses.  This will involve product definition, enabling developments, considering commercials and coordinating collaborative activities.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in learning and want to work full or part time with a vibrant & busy team.

You will be confident & outgoing with excellent attention to detail.

Design & communications executive

We’re looking for a Design & Communications Executive to support delivery of marketing and service design activity for +ADD.

As a key member of the team reporting to the Managing director and work on the +ADD’s external presence across media, social media, web estate, and support development of UX for our service developments.

This is a new and exciting role providing an opportunity to develop your experience. The right candidate will be able to make their mark and have a real impact on +ADD Strategy’s brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement organisation brand guidelines, monitoring and providing feedback to wider team to ensure brand consistency

- Lead +ADD brand expression and visualisation of products into digital media such as video, blogs, web pages, service tools and delivery media.

- Research, create and design media for sales and marketing and service design and development.

- Manage +ADD’s web estate ; delivering uppdates and ensuring it is SEO optimised (Squarespace)

- Manage +ADD’s social media accounts

- Coordinate with subcontractors in completing service design projects in virtual consultancy, design thinking, and digital training products.

- Provide clear communication briefs to designers and other suppliers/ work alongside external graphic designers to ensure agreed outcomes are met

Required skills:

- Educated to degree level / Recognised qualification in design and communications or equivalent experience

- Exceptional design skills / Strong attention to detail / Strong creative design proof-reading and editing skills

- Strong web design knowledge (desirable) / - Wordpress / Squarespace experience (highly desirable) / Google Ads, Google analytics and SEO experience (desirable) Skills/Characteristics

- Strong working knowledge of social media tools and associated design techniques / Mailchimp / Mailshake / Editing tools experience (desirable)

The roles are in support of ambitious business growth plans. Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will work with our partnerships manager to deliver industry and regional representation of our business.

The opportunities are flexible and dependent on the candidates situation. We provide sales and marketing support, well formed and proven processes for collaborative works and resources to enable you to grow revenue from our growing stable of products and services in innovation practice.
