The course suits technical and service (internal/ external customer facing degree apprenticeships). Successful participants are better equipped to develop into strong animators and enablers of ‘different thinking’.
The corporate goal in adopting such training is to build a design led culture and to support inherent capacity for accelerated change and
transformation in an ever-changing business environment.
The course recognises the need for governance and control and constraints required to avoid workplace disruption and focusses on helping
participants in selecting practical projects and initiatives with genuine potential for impact at the ‘edge of incremental’. The programme intends to development a collaborative culture of collaboration and an understanding of the innovation processes in our client / host environment.
The programme creates ‘firestarters’ capable of working practically with others to promote overcoming problems and improving
efficiency, applying design thinking principles and agile innovation techniques in the everyday to support innovative approaches to problem discovery and (re)
definition and establishing a platform of enterprising skills supporting progressive change in the workplace and team environments.
A very practical program, designed to enable degree apprentices and inductees at the start of their journey with your organisation, to become a
positive force for change, enabling ‘positive curiosity’ and soft skills that assist in enabling fresh thinking, selecting winning ideas and navigating
corporate environments to secure sponsorship for positive change and ‘innovation with purpose’.
