Changemakers
Candidates for this programme will typically engage with and co-ordinate workgroups.
They typically have five years’ experience or more.
Our goals is to scale contemporary innovation thinking and practice by supporting influencers to embed agile and design led innovation culture, and
focus teams on delivering innovation goals.
In addition to workshop sessions, the program incorporates case study speakers, work shadowing, understanding how to build and contribute to communities of practice, and other tools for building knowledge transfer, and leadership skills.
The programme works with small cohorts, in staggered starts recognising differing pressures of individuals and their roles.
We also provide online support to ensure all programme members are up to date with course concepts, and in touch with their network
group, even during times of high work commitment.
As with some of our other programmes, Changemakers can integrate and take advantage of our innovation exchange visits. (See our website for details).
This course can be deployed independently or as part of an integrated culture and skills programme assured courses. We have established a complete set of learning programmes that are designed to engage at all levels.
