Claus is Director at The College of Extraordinary Experiences, Coach at McKinsey & Founding Partner at The Global Institute For Thought Leadership. Author of 31 books. His latest book ‘The Innovation Cycle’ demistifies practical and applied innovation function development and project delivery.
Tertius is an innovation and transformation consultant. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with bachelors and master’s from the University of Stellenbosch. After working in Africa and the Philippines he joined Jacobs UK where he worked as the innovation lead on the South East Water framework. He was also the Head of Digital for Jacobs utilities line of business that focuses on enabling data benefits realization works in South Africa, Singapore and the UK.
Adam is passionate about delivering transformation by leading, building and sustaining a culture of exploration, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. His primary focus is practical delivery and results. He is a ‘Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner’ and a practical and applied Innovation Manager with a proven track record having managed a wide range of topical and large-scale initiatives. He started his career as a technician before becoming involved in innovation at Yorkshire Water, eventually moving into private consultancy and then on to become innovation principle at Water Corporation in Australia.
Paul’s background is in innovation and technology commercialisation. A fellow of the CIM, he has run several businesses and been a director in education and academia, an MBA module leader and a non-executive director in various invested enterprises from building technology, education, home furniture, multimedia and even cybersecurity, including major raises and growth. Given his insight into innovation in enterprise, In the past 5 years, Paul has developed ADD to help build enterprise innovation capability and capacity in complex organisations.
