Our innovation learning programmes are uniquely assured by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
The robust quality standard objectively recognises excellence in leadership and management training programmes.
As a recognised quality assurance body and part of City & Guilds, ILM provide the knowledge and experience of a professional body in endorsing and assuring course developments and assessing student learning evidence in certification.

The programme represents a light commitment of five sessions over three months including two full days or seven interactive digital sessions.
The course is delivered online through blended learning sessions which includes a combination of talks, interactive workshop sessions (delivered using contemporary tools such as Mural and Miro) exercises and set group work.
All course materials including recorded sessions and group memberships are available on our online learning platform.
Our course is led by an experienced trainer who will guide you through the requirements and ensure you collect the evidence required to pass.
We use a range of proven tools including personal journaling, knowledge checks and evidence recording to a personal folder used to collect your learning evidence for certification.
Gain access to a learning group online to share thinking, experiences and to develop shared insights and practice.
Experience group learning in interactive sessions using virtual ideaLAB workspaces on MURAL and MIRO.
Build on your experiences through development of a personal learning journal.
Participate in interactive learning games for groups and individuals.
Complete light tasks using digital knowledge checks and exercises to reinforce and affirm learning.
Collaborate on group innovation projects with participants from your own and other organisations.

Funding is available for several programmes such as local economic skills funds and apprenticeship levy support. The +ADD funding team are happy to assist you in sourcing relevant grants and funding, and can even help with applications!
+ Bespoke programmes and partnering?
Our approach is flexible and we support joint corporate programmes for cost sharing, apprenticeship programmes, university accredited modules and more.
+ Can my staff work at thier own pace?
The programme is offered as three discrete certificated short courses. If you are not ready to commit to the whole programme or want to provide some additional flexibility for your staff this may be the option for you.
