At +ADD we have a reputation for working to solve complex challenges and to co-design and develop commercially focussed consortia and solutions.
Having experience of working with corporates and their supply chains to develop and realise solutions, we understand that business case development and commercial alignment of parties and procurement is time consuming but necessary.
Our teams work to develop executive investment cases for internal use as well as formal business cases with clear focus on ROI, reduced costs and increased efficiency or profits from innovation investment.
We don’t go to the typical funding watering holes.
Our experience is that direct approach to private sector and institutional sources often offers best results.
We also use our national and international networks as well as research to identify time bound, topical, vertical, regional, national an international sources.
As we often work as an innovation partner this leads to timely and opportune availability of intelligence as part of ongoing innovation campaign and consortia interests.
Prior to delivery of funding application development we work to ensure well considered and formed consortia are in place and establishment of formal collaborative arrangements. The work often involves engagement with legal, commercial and external advisory teams.
Our bid writing is delivered by national experts with an impressive success rate having delivered over 50 successful bid applications to date.
We operate on a shared risk and reward model as should be expected in this professional field.
