Leakage Megasprint - Water companies come together to explore the challenge

+ADD have won a contract to deliver a Mega Sprint at this years North East Festival of Innovation. 

While much progress is made every year, leakage remains a huge challenge for water utilities.  Every day more than 3.3 billion litres of treated water – 20 per cent of the nation's supply and 234 million litres a day more than a decade ago – are lost through leaking pipes in England and Wales. The water lost would meet the daily needs of 21.5 million people.

Over 5 day we will be working with over 60 participants from many of the UK's water companies, suppliers and specialists to explore all aspects of leakage and to uncover and progress potential solutions.
